Wonderful place to launch a kayak or canoe, very calm waters, however can be a bit windy. Lots of places to explore and wildlife to see. Can be a bit overrun by water vegetation when you are closer to shore, if you don't like spiders then probably best to stay away from them. While they can slow you down there are some great little areas to explore, bays and such. There can be a fair bit of boat traffic but most are cordial when approaching your space.
